Parish Council

Holy Angels Parish Council, a consultative body, provides a structure where the clergy and laity listen to the Spirit working through each person. In listening to one another and through research and study, the Council seeks to reach a consensus on significant issues to develop recommendations for the parish's spiritual growth and pastoral activity. (Together in Mission, 1991)

These parish community members work together to guide and lead our parish while also being aware of the struggles and obstacles of today's world. The Pastoral Council also recommends updating the Holy Angels Pastoral Plan – our five-year strategic plan.

The Holy Angels Parish Council includes 11 parishioners, one staff member, and all parish clergy. Members have 3-year terms. Each year in the spring, 3-4 new members are named after a nomination process.

The Parish Council meets six times during the year. Agenda items are always welcome from parishioners.
