Join us for Candlemas Day on February 2. Celebrate the Feast of the Presentation of the Lord with us on Friday, February 2, at 8:30 a.m. This day is also known as Candlemas Day when we bless candles to symbolize Christ, the light of the world. You can get your altar candles and Home Sets of 2 candles blessed at our church. Each Home Set costs $5.00 as a donation. Hurry up, supplies are limited! Candles will be available after the weekday 8:30 a.m. Mass and at the rectory office.

We have confessions every Saturday at 3:30 p.m. in the church. Blessing of Throats
Celebrate St. Blaise’s Day on Saturday, February 3, we will have the blessing of throats during the 5:00 p.m. Vigil Mass. This tradition dates back to the 16th century, in honor of St. Blaise, a fourth-century bishop who miraculously cured a boy from choking. He is the patron saint of throat ailments. Join us for Mass and get your throat blessed as a sign of God’s love and protection.

BSA Scout Mass
Join us for a special Mass on Sunday, February 4, at 11:00 a.m. to celebrate BSA Scout Sunday at Holy Angles Church. This is an opportunity for all boys and girls participating in the BSA scouting program to honor the anniversary of its founding in the United States in 1910. By attending this Mass, Scouts will demonstrate their “Duty to God,” part of the Scout Oath and the Scout Law that states, “A Scout is Reverent.” This also reflects the values that help young men and women grow in their family, church and community. If you are interested in attending, please contact Dr. Jose Tandoc, the Scoutmaster of Troop 104, as soon as possible. We will also recognize the scouts who have earned their religious emblems. Start the new year with a support group. Join us on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 11:00 am in the Parish Library Room, starting Tuesday, January 9, 2024. Grief can be overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Talking to others who share your experience can ease your pain and help you heal. Our group is a safe and caring space where you can express your feelings and find comfort and support. Everyone is welcome, no matter what stage of grief you are in.
