Join us at the Spirit of Christ Catholic Charismatic Community (SCC), a vibrant and welcoming group of Filipino American Catholics who love to praise and worship God. We are part of the FACRC (Filipino American Charismatic Renewal Community) under the Archdiocese of Los Angeles. We have a special treat for you this week: our guest speaker is Rev. Fr. Thomas Asia, the pastor of St. Martha’s Parish in Valinda, CA. He will share God’s loving message and blessings for our community. Join us on Thursday, July 27, at the Parish Hall at 6:30 p.m. This prayer meeting is open to everyone, so bring your family and friends and let us celebrate God’s goodness together. We hope to see you there!

They are dedicated to serving people's spiritual and material needs right here in the United States, where hundreds of counties do not have a Catholic church or resident priest. Can you imagine living without the Eucharist, the sacraments, or a parish community to find fellowship and support? That is the reality for many of our brothers and sisters in our nation's small towns and rural areas. Glenmary Home Missioners is striving to change that—to bring the love of Jesus and His Church to those who need it most. This will be a wonderful opportunity to learn more about their outreach in Appalachia and the rural South and show them our solidarity and appreciation. We invite you to share your prayers and financial support for this important ministry. Thank you for your generosity and kindness.
